Maris Callahan is the Editor/Publisher of My Daily Find Chicago. As a transplant from New Jersey (no, she doesn’t have an accent), Maris is dedicated to discovering everything there is to know about eating, shopping and playing in Chicago – a perfect fit for My Daily Find.
Maris is a public relations consultant and has been writing online since 2008. Her own food blog, In Good Taste has been featured on Saveur.com, WomansDay.com, Shape.com, LA Times, USA Today and Food 52 News. In the past year, Maris has appeared as a guest chef on WGN-TV (Chicago), ABC-TV (Chicago) and NBC-TV (Chicago).
When she isn’t hanging out in her closet sized kitchen (usually, she is cooking and developing recipes, but sometimes, she’s eating chocolate chips straight from the bag) Maris is reading, writing or spending way too much time on Facebook.
